Fun Fact!!
Videos can't be over 100mb which is really easy to do if you have an HD camera!
Whoever does videos needs to be aware of this so generally if you just lower it down to about a 720*420 aspect ratio you should be fine.
The above only matters if you are trying to upload it straight to blogger
Another fun fact!
Blogger doesn't seem to like wmv format. So upload it to Youtube then hook it onto blogger.
