Series

Bird defines a series as works of art that are strong enough to stand on their own, but when viewed together can be connected by an underlying narrative. A series gives the artist more control on the idea they are trying to portray, as well as allow them to sell more of their work.
Personally, I try to create series and not just individual pieces of work as much as possible. At times an idea is not strong enough, at that time, for more then one image. While there are other times where I set out to create just one image, however ideas and possibility keeps flowing allowing me to continue on. The question now is can I create a series of work that I can stay interested in and remain happy with in the "proper" order?
